Hip, hot and happening was the sunset soiree on Sunday with guests trooping in during the day and then staying on not just to watch the sunset but also to welcome the moonlight. And then, the Tiger unleashed itself amidst a frenzied bevy of sunset session enthusiasts as DJ Nikhil Chinappa, his DJ wife Pearl and percussionist Jonqui turned the tables and spun some wild tracks, as guests welcomed the world-acclaimed ‘Tiger Beer’ into the country. A refreshing indulgence to beat the heat, Tiger beer is a full-flavoured European-style lager beer with a crisp and smooth taste and golden colour. Apt for taste buds across generations and genres, Tiger Beer is the ideal brew for the intellectual, the fun loving, the creative, the experimental, the guzzler as well as the sipper.
And amidst the roars of the Tiger, the party people unleashed their wild side too. Nisha Harale and Sapna Bhavnani (sporting blonde hair and, of course, those tattoos) jumped to the beats. Brothers Arbaaz and Sohail Khan made an appearance without their wives. The Bollywood presence was further enhanced when Shamita Shetty walked in. Others seen chilling out (in the heat) were VJs Rannvijay and Gaurav Kapoor, the now almost reclusive Pia and Shayan Munshi, Ash Chandler, Nicolo Morea, Sucheta Sharma and beau Harrison and Ashish Raheja. And making their summery style statements with hot pants were Brinda Parekh and Shveta Salve. The beer cheer went on.
On Tiger beer’s entry into the Indian market, Chetan Gupta, Marketing Manager, India for APBL, Aurangabad said, “Tiger is a premium brand. We are confident that the distinctive taste and quality will resonate well with our consumers. Our marketing strategy is very experiential driven and our communication is slick that would connect well with the youth. What we see today is only a glimpse of what you can expect from Tiger. Over the next six months, we will launch our key platforms aimed at engaging our consumers, building a bond with them and converting them into ‘brand fans’.” The message was loud and clear: It’s Tiger Time, Tiger when the sun shines, Tiger when the sun sets.
