Inside, on the big screen, Sanath Jayasuriya was smashing the ball all over the stadium on Wednesday night. Outside, in the courtyard, party people were on a good wicket too as they experienced the flavours of Italian food and wine. Holding fort was Chef Max with his favourite Italian lady, Rosa Catalano, dressed in a glorious green outfit. Also present were hosts AD and wife Sabina Singh. While the boys in blue were in full blast on the wall inside, outside, it was a case of girls in all hues having a blast.
Yes, it was raining women with the presence of Urvashi Sharma, Shruti Sharma, Hard Kaur keeping a low profile for a change, Lina Ashar, Leena Mogre who was there also to celebrate a friend’s birthday, Sangita Kathiwada who found lots to talk about with Sabina, Ishitaa Arun, Neelam Kothari who chatted up Seema Khan, Zeba Kohli, Shenaz Treasurywala, back on the Mumbai party circuit with a bang, Reshma Bombaywala who was cheering for the Mumbai Indians and Divya Palat who stuck by her man Aditya Hitkari all night. Among the men spotted were Ash Chandler looking rejuvenated after a trip to his house in Goa, Rajesh Kohli, Parvin Dabas and Kishin Mulchandani who seemed happy to have made that long trip from town to the suburbs.
